World Mental Health Day 2019
You may be aware that World Mental Health Day is tomorrow. Of course, mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but tomorrow is a great day to take stock of where your organisation is in showing your support for better mental health.
Stress is a major cause of sickness absence in the workplace and costs over £5 billion a year in Great Britain. It affects individuals, their families and colleagues but it also impacts employers with costs relating to sickness absence, replacement staff, lost production and increased accidents.
