Suzanne is a proactive lawyer who understands the need for professional advice delivered in a personal way through strong client relationships.
Suzanne is a Senior Associate in the Employment Department, based in our Peterborough office. She has specialised in the constantly evolving area of employment law since qualifying in 2005. She joined Greenwoods GRM in 2013.
She acts primarily for private sector organisations and has experience of a broad range of sectors including education, construction, manufacturing and technology. She provides strategic and operational advice on all aspects of employee management, including performance & attendance, disciplinaries & grievances, senior terminations & exits, as well as drafting and reviewing policies & procedures. She has also a wide experience in employment litigation, having acted for clients in numerous Employment Tribunal cases, including high-value discrimination claims with significant reputational risk.
Suzanne’s specialisms include business change projects (such as collective redundancy programmes, business re-organisations and large scale contract variation exercises); advice relating to TUPE; and other employment aspects of complex outsourcing and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Suzanne has undertaken a secondment for a multi-national plc, which has provided her with first-hand experience of the challenges faced by in-house lawyers and HR professionals and the pragmatic, commercially-focussed, advice business stakeholders require.
Suzanne provides training to clients in all aspects of employment law and is a regular speaker at our ever-popular Employment Law Now event. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.Back to People →
