Stephanie has been described as “approachable, thorough and well organised” and impresses everyone she meets with her professional and enthusiastic manner.
Stephanie qualified as a solicitor in in March 2015 and has been advising on change programmes, TUPE, grievance and disciplinary processes as well as more general HR advice ever since. In 2017-18, Stephanie completed a secondment where she delivered bespoke in-house support to a large sophisticated HR team so she knows how to take a commercial approach. Stephanie was recently described in the Legal 500 as one of the “most friendly and likeable people you could ever wish to work with” and the client added that “nothing is too much trouble.”
Stephanie is also a key member of our Agriculture & Rural Business team here at Greenwoods GRM. Stephanie and her husband farm 450 acres under a farm business tenancy with Cambridgeshire County Council so she has a unique insight into issues that farmers and those in the agricultural sector face.
Stephanie is on the committee of the Peterborough and District Law Society and served as Social Secretary for four years. She is heavily involved in the highly successful Charity Committee at Greenwoods GRM which organises various fundraising events throughout the year including an annual ‘Charity Challenge’.
Stephanie likes to be outdoors; she is a keen horse rider, skier, and enjoys walking her dogs.
