Sophie impresses with her professional nature and ability to grasp complex matters.
Sophie advises on all aspects of employment law including disciplinary and performance procedures, TUPE issues and collective consultations. Sophie has particular expertise in managing the defence of Tribunal claims, including successfully defending applications to the EAT. As a result, Sophie eases this stressful process for clients.
Sophie’s professionalism, her ‘can do’ attitude and ability to see through complex technical matters to give sound commercial advice impresses those she works with.
Sophie gained a First Class Degree in Law in 2008 and passed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction in 2009. Sophie joined Greenwoods GRM in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012.
Outside of work, Sophie is a governor of a large secondary school in Cambridgeshire. Sophie is a fan of musical theatre and her favourite place is the North Norfolk coast.
