Micheala Drazek


Micheala delivers responsive, high-quality and practical advice to our Employment clients.

Micheala joined the firm as a paralegal in November 2016 and, on completion of her training contract, qualified as a solicitor in our Employment team in September 2020.

Micheala advises clients on a range of matters including employment tribunal claims, redundancy procedures and settlement agreements.  Micheala is also a frequent contributor to our legal update service Employment Law Now.

During her seat in the Employment team, Micheala developed an interest in the Education Sector and now enjoys supporting the work of the Education Team with a range of matters. In particular, Micheala has assisted apprenticeship providers with the drafting of apprenticeship agreements and termination of apprenticeship contracts and education establishments with defending Tribunal claims.

Micheala plays a key role in the social and charity committees at Greenwoods GRM.  She is also one of the social secretaries of the Peterborough and District Law Society.  Micheala has recently joined the Employment Lawyers Association’s (“ELA”) COVID-19 Working Party, which analyses recent coronavirus developments and prepares commentary papers which are published for the benefit of ELA members.

Outside work, Micheala enjoys keeping fit.  She is also a keen pianist and taught piano in her spare time whilst studying at University.
