Clare prides herself on being approachable to clients to ensure their needs are dealt with in a personalised and professional manner.
Clare is head of Wealth Preservation Cambridge, mainly based in the Cambridge office she also has a presence In Peterborough and London when required. Clare’s work includes drafting tax efficient and flexible wills, family settlements, ancillary trust documents and lasting powers of attorney, dealing with the administration of estates and advising on general estate planning. Clare takes a keen interest in assisting farming families and land owners and is a member of CLA (Country Land and Business Association) and ALA (Agricultural Law Association).
Clare recognises the importance of working with clients (in conjunction with their other advisers where appropriate) to ensure that their needs are understood and the best possible solution is found in the most time and cost efficient manner.
Clare passed her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates with distinction, and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
She is also a key member of the Greenwoods GRM Agricultural and Rural Business team. Having grown up in a farming family, Clare particually grasps the issues those running rural businesses can face when it comes to estate probate.
Clare has also completed her training to become a ‘Dementia Friend’, and is now a part of the Alzheimer’s charity which is dedicated to giving people a better understanding of dementia.
Clare is a keen baker and ensures that she uses her weekends to try out new recipes. She has a professional cake decorating qualification.
