Charlotte is a Professional Support Lawyer and Associate in our Employment & Employee Benefits team. She has significant experience advising clients from a broad range of sectors on the full range of employment law matters (both in private practice and in-house), including complex litigious matters in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. She now provides expert training, advice and guidance to our clients, our Employment team and to the wider firm.
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and spent most of her career working at City law firms. She designs and delivers training at our highly successful bi-annual “Big Issues” event. Charlotte also ensures that the team’s suite of precedent documents and know how is current and user friendly.
In addition, Charlotte prepares and delivers bespoke in-house training sessions for clients and enjoys finding new ways to make these interactive and informative. She has consistently received excellent feedback from delegates.
Charlotte works closely with other Professional Support Lawyers at Greenwoods GRM on knowledge management issues, new training initiatives and best practice. She is part of the firm’s Training Group.
Charlotte has a passion for promoting positive mental health in the workplace and is one of several trained Mental Health First Aiders at Greenwoods GRM.
Outside of work Charlotte is a governor of a voluntary aided primary school and enjoys spending quality time with her family, renovating and decorating her home, swimming and walking her dog in the countryside.View whole team →
