In buying Holmwood House, they continue their commitment to creating the best possible environment for learning, with investment in teachers, buildings and technology at the heart of their values.
Greenwoods GRM advised on the collaboration, led by partner Alastair Gunn, who said, “It was a pleasure to work on what was a truly collaborative transaction process – a great team effort by all involved has produced a fantastic result for both parties and an exciting platform for the future growth and development of the school.”
PwC also worked closely with PFC as lead advisor in the sale to Bellevue Education
Commenting on the sale PwC’s Nicholas Stern said: “The deal ensures that Holmwood House can continue its growth, both in terms of its programmes and the learning and developmental environment that it provides to all of its pupils”
