‘Batten Down the Hatches’, was held on Thursday, 5 March 2020 at the Holiday Inn, Cambridge, Lakeview, Bridge Rd, Impington, Cambridge CB24 9PH.
This event benefited those responsible for property management and construction safety with a particular focus on the education sector. Our seminar highlighted the impact two high-profile prosecutions brought following Storm Doris. We explored how incidents affecting property and construction sites, caused due to periods of adverse weather, have been dealt with through the Courts. We provided our delegates with guidance on how to get their documentation in order to avoid/mitigate similar situations.
