Greenwoods GRM: ‘Client focused, empathetic and incredibly smart.’

As clients and their advisers get used to new ways of working, this year’s edition of ‘The Legal 500’ – an annual independent review of the UK’s top law firms – was more hotly anticipated than ever, as it would provide critical insight into how clients felt about the services they had received during a challenging year for everyone.

With 22 ranked practice areas and 15 lawyers highlighted as leading individuals, next-generation partners or rising stars and a further 16 recommended lawyers, we were, as you might imagine, very pleased with our review, but it was the feedback from clients we were most focused on.

For everyone here at Greenwoods GRM, it’s always about ‘making it personal’, and this continued to be our mantra throughout the pandemic. Delivering legal services well starts and ends with strong personal relationships. We make sure our team members have the time, support and encouragement to build strong, effective relationships.  It’s better for clients, better for lawyers and better for business.  And it’s an approach that comes through clearly our excellent reviews.
