The situation concerning COVID-19 continues to develop. Here at Greenwoods GRM, we want to reassure you that we are constantly reviewing what the Government and experts are advising.
As a result, we continue to take appropriate action with the wellbeing of clients, colleagues and the wider community in mind. Importantly, we are focussed on ensuring we continue to deliver the service our clients need and expect.
Everyone here can access our systems remotely and our business infrastructure has been designed to fully support secure and confidential remote working. Our excellent systems ensure client service continues at our usual high standards no matter where our clients and team members are.
As a result, our services continue as normal; however, from 5 November 2020, all meetings will be held virtually unless it is essential that a meeting takes place face to face. If a meeting is being held at our offices, our COVID-19 Meeting Protocol will ensure it takes place safely.
Our business continuity plan continues to deliver proportionate and considered action based on the latest Government guidance. We will continue to provide you with the service you need, handling your matters efficiently whilst playing our role in ensuring our staff, clients and the wider community are protected.
